Shipment is handled by the United States Postal Service - though shipment through another carrier can be arranged at the expense of the buyer. The price to ship an item is calculated by its weight and the destination zip code directly from the USPS website. We require insurance on all items. Purchases above $1,000 will be shipped and insured for free. We aim to ship items within 48 hours of payment.
We process payments through Paypal or Google checkout for orders within the United States. As per the processing policies of these organizations, we are required to provide a shipping address that matches the billing address or a stored address on file with the creditor. If you would prefer, we can also process the credit card payments over the phone. Likewise, payment through normal mail and or wire transfer can be arranged. Returns We want you to be happy - any item can be returned within seven days of purchase minus the cost of shipment. We only ask that merchandise be returned in the same condition it was sent. Damage due to the shipment process rests on the shoulders of the post office. Damage due to cleaving a diamond from dropping it into a garbage disposal rests with the buyer. Refunds will be prompt once the item is verified to be the original.
